CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. allowing time to fill your spot with another guest on my waitlist. to cancel or reschedule, please message me at # 319-214-0570 as soon as possible ★ ⋆✴︎˚⋆ DEPOSIT POLICY ⋆˚✴︎⋆ appointments under 2.5 hours: ~ no deposit required ~ cancellations / no shows within 48 hrs will result in a 30% service fee (non-refundable) appointments over 2.5 hours: ~ a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking ~ deposits are applied toward your service total ~ if cancelled or missed within 48 hrs, the deposit is forfeited + no additional fees apply ~ deposits may be transferred ONE TIME when rescheduling with proper notice there is a small $3.50 processing fee, applied by the booking system to securely process these deposit transactions. thank you for respecting the time, energy + care reserved for each guest.
